Call-center operations
A good AI voice isn't enough to run a call center

The quality-checking layer is a big difference between a good demo voice and a call center you'd trust with your clients' leads. We need to see where the process is inefficient and what needs fixing.
That includes the scripts, the voice, the tonality and the overall voice settings. Our experience and A/B tests help us work on the parts that aren't converting.
The checks happen every day
We run the quality checks every single day. We want to see where leads are losing interest, where the conversation underperforms and whether the system is taking the right actions.
The quality-checking layers help us find the exact place that needs attention. Then we can look at what happened in that part of the process.
A nice voice matters, but we also need the conversation to get the lead to an appointment or the client's sales team.
Change the part that isn't working
When something underperforms, we look at the QA findings and run different variations in that area. We compare the results to see whether the change helped.
It might be the script. It might be the tonality or the voice settings. What we change depends on where the problem is.
We generally review and make improvements weekly when the metrics need it. The daily checks tell us what to look at.
Don't keep changing something that's winning
If the metrics are good, we don't touch much. There aren't weekly changes just because another week has passed.
Sometimes we run A/B tests on a good setup to see whether we can make it even better. But we don't really change much of something that's winning.
We keep checking it. Leaving a good setup alone doesn't mean we stop paying attention.
The whole call center needs to work
The calling, texting and emailing agents need context across the previous communications. That's the centralized brain we use for the call center.
When somebody books, the appointment-setting follow-up stops. When somebody asks not to be contacted, we log that and stop calling and messaging them.
If they need a person, we can transfer the call live or book an appointment with the client's sales team. The integrations and those next actions need checking too.
Look at what the tests actually changed
We test variations where the process underperforms and look at the numbers in that area. If the results improve, we use that to decide what to keep.
We don't assume a new script is better just because it sounds better to us. We want to see what happens in the conversations and the appointment-setting results.
A test can also show that the existing setup is doing better. That's useful to know before replacing something that already works.
This is the work we handle for agencies
Your agency can offer the call center without managing all these checks and changes yourself. We handle setup, testing, quality checks, monitoring, optimization and support under your brand.
Book your onboarding with me. We'll go through your clients and what we'd need to run the service for them.
