We give you a productized AI service that you can resell to your clients under your own brand. It contacts their leads, follows up with them and books appointments or transfers interested leads live to their sales team.

We handle the call center. You keep the client relationship.

For an agency, the point is to make more money from each client and help those clients stay for longer. You have another service to sell, and your clients have someone following up with the leads you're generating for them.

What happens when a lead comes in?

We text them, email them and call them in a sequence, like an actual call center. Speed to lead is a big part of it. We want to contact people while they're still interested in the offer.

The name of the game is follow-up. A lot of people aren't going to answer on the first call. We keep following up through the agreed sequence, and we also nurture leads over longer periods of time.

The goal is to get them into a conversation and convert that conversation into the next step your client needs. That could be an appointment, or it could be a live transfer to their sales team.

From lead to sales conversation. Lead arrives: The client receives a new enquiry. Follow-up begins: Calls, texts and emails work together. Conversation continues: Shared history informs the next step. Human handoff: Book an appointment or transfer live.
Illustrative workflow; the agreed setup determines the channels and handoff.

The agents know what happened before

The call center has a centralized brain. The agents have context across all channels and all previous communications with that specific lead.

If somebody has already said something over text, the calling agent has that context. If they've spoken on a call, the next message can take that conversation into account.

That gives the lead a more natural experience. They don't have to explain the same thing every time they hear from the business.

One conversation across channels. Calls: Use the lead’s previous replies. Texts: Build on what happened on the call. Emails: Continue with the same context. Shared history: Booking and opt-out status stay visible.
Shared conversation history connects channels rather than starting over each time.

What stops the follow-up?

When somebody books, the appointment-setting follow-up stops.

If somebody doesn't want to be contacted, we log that. We don't call them back and we don't message them back.

We want to convert leads without damaging your client's reputation. Following up properly means paying attention to what the person is telling you, including when they want you to stop.

If the lead needs to speak to somebody, we either transfer the call live or book an appointment with the client's sales team.

What does the agency have to manage?

In regards to the AI call center, we do it all under your brand.

We onboard your agency once and agree on how the collaboration will roll out to your individual clients. After that, we handle onboarding for the clients you sell the call center to.

That includes setup, CRM and calendar integrations, testing, quality checks, monitoring, support and ongoing improvements.

To get started, we need CRM access, offer details, the niche and any customized needs for that client. We also agree with you on how we're going to work together across your accounts.

We've deployed this across contractors, home services, healthcare and education. The setup depends on the client's offer and what they need the call center to do.

We also help you sell it

We create personalized demos for your clients that you can use on sales calls.

You can show a client an agent built around their own business and offer. They can hear the conversation for themselves, instead of having to imagine what you're selling them.

The agency demonstrates it live on the call. You can also send the demo to the prospect afterwards if needed.

How does the partnership work?

We work on either a revenue share or a flat fee per client. That depends on the deal we agree with your agency. Live usage is separate from the delivery arrangement, so we make that clear when we set up the collaboration.

You sell the call center under your own brand. We take care of delivery, and your team can keep focusing on your clients and your main service.

If your clients get more from the leads you're generating, that can give them a reason to stay with your agency for longer. The call center also gives you another service to sell to them. Both can increase how much you earn from a client over time.

If you want to offer this to your clients, book your onboarding with me. We'll go through your agency, your clients and how the collaboration would work.
