If you want to be profitable long term with an AI call center, you need a solution that actually converts leads for your clients. Otherwise, you're doing a quick money grab. Your client tries it, it doesn't do the job, and your reputation takes the hit.

What your agency wants is more income and clients that stay for longer. You can sell the call center as an additional service, but it also needs to help the client get more from the advertising service they're already paying you for.

Your client can lose the leads you're generating

Even if your agency is doing a fantastic job, the client's team might not contact those leads quickly. They leave them waiting, or they call once and never follow up. Then the client complains about the results and blames your agency.

We set up the call center to contact those leads and work to convert them into appointments or live transfers to the sales team. That's our specialty.

If the advertising service is bringing in the wrong people, the agency still needs to fix that. The call center gives the leads a proper follow-up process. It doesn't make a bad offer or the wrong targeting work.

Building it means managing it

You don't just want an agent that sounds good on a demo. You want the scripts to convert, the voice and tonality to fit the conversation, and the system to take the right action.

We have quality-checking layers that help us see where leads are losing interest and where they're not converting. We check the scripts and test changes in the parts that aren't working.

That gets quite specific and quite complex when it isn't your main job. Somebody has to manage the integrations, review conversations, fix problems and keep the whole thing running for your clients.

Do you want another team to manage?

You can hire developers and AI engineers. But then you're responsible for finding people who know what they're doing, managing them and making sure somebody is there when your client needs help.

If building and running call centers is something you want to do inside your agency, and you have the experience and people for it, you can take that on.

If your main thing is advertising and lead generation, you might prefer an expert who takes care of this service while you focus on your clients and your main business.

We do it all under your brand

We onboard your agency one time. After that, we handle the call-center onboarding, setup, integrations, testing, monitoring and support for the clients you sell it to.

We also create personalized demos for your sales calls, so you have something specific to show each client.

We've been doing AI call-center work for three years. Our direct-client work has produced more than 6,300 appointments and live call transfers combined. That's the experience we bring to the agency partnership.

Who owns ongoing delivery?. Build internally: Your team owns setup, integrations and QA. White-label partner: The partner handles the agreed delivery scope.
Both options need an owner for ongoing operations, not just the first build.

Look at the results your client is getting

You want to know how quickly leads are contacted, how many appointments are booked and how many people are transferred to the sales team.

We include weekly reporting so you and your client can see what's happening. If you attach a value to the pipeline, keep it separate from the money the client has actually collected.

For your own agency, look at what you charge for the service and what you pay under the collaboration. The extra income needs to make sense after your costs.

Clients staying longer makes a big difference

Say a client would normally leave after six months. If that client stays for a year at the same monthly fee, the revenue LTV on your main service is double. Plus, you have the call center as another service they're paying for.

That's the example I want agencies to think about. It isn't a promise that every client will stay twice as long. You still need to provide a good main service and account for what it costs to serve them.

When clients see more of their leads turning into sales conversations, that can give them a reason to stay for longer. That's worth looking at alongside the additional call-center income.

Retention changes the revenue math. 6 months at $3,000: $18,000 in main-service revenue. 12 months at $3,000: $36,000 in main-service revenue.
Illustrative arithmetic at a constant monthly fee, not a retention forecast, profit calculation, or client result. AI-service revenue is additional.

What do you want your agency focused on?

If you want to own the technical operation, building it yourself is an option. If you want to sell it without managing another service yourself, that's where we come in.
